The longer version

He leads strategy and systems for a multi-location restaurant group: the P&L, the analytics, the tooling the floor runs on. That work shaped Builtwell’s view of the job. Small businesses win with tools that make Tuesday easier and the numbers clearer.

Building those tools led to OutpostIQ, a profitability-modeling SaaS for restaurant operators, launched as a full product with billing, auth, and a content engine. Your dashboards come from someone who reads a financial statement as fluently as a data model.

What Builtwell believes
